I hate aluminum wire. But if done correctly, it is ok.
If you have it and replace a wall outlet, TRY to not bend it.
It fatigues. MAKE SURE the receptacle says CU-AL or such,
OR add a pigtail, (short piece) of copper, and use a connector
and the gunk made to remove the corrosion issue. SOME
connectors come with the gunk included. V handy...!

Got two beautiful Basset chairs off Craigslist but the owner must have smoked like a chimney. Does anyone know of a product or a method to get the smoke out or do these beautiful chairs go to Goodwill?

Unsure of the material.
Simple Green will dissolve smoke's tars.

Woollite makes a pet stain remover that removes that and sweat stains.
Spray and remove w a wet dry vac.
Leather can be a hassle. If leather, advise.

Don't worry about emf. Inside a metal box, the interior
has no charge, as the forces balance out to zero.

There is much , much more to a powder rifle than I had even thought of. I certainly want DH to keep all his fingers. I think the "building it" aspect is what he would really enjoy.

Here's a prop he can make:

Later, he can make the plane on which it goes.

No - It vibrates water and the friction makes the water hot.
It works just under 2GHz, typically.
