Without knowing the layout of your kitchen, you may also need
check any height changes for your refrigerator or stove, especially
with many kitchens having cabinets around the refrigerator, or changing
height of stove relative to any counter top next to stove.
You may have other appliances that rest on the floor. Typically
with the toe kick space, cabinet doors should not be an issue.

None of these are insurmountable problems, just better to check your
options first, rather than unpleasant oops as you try to put
things back together after the tile work.
