Several thoughts. I suspect you want this for "the last board down."

1) If so, a cheap table saw is $100. (Get a fine toothed blade,~36-40/rip)
2) If so, the baseboard will cover it, so a skill-circular saw, is adequate.
You can't cut a straight line?
 - Go slower and use the guide that comes with them.
 - A cheap Ryobi will do if you need to buy one.
(Remem the blade.)
3) You got a table saw, and hear the guide isn't straight?
You NEVER trust these anyway, so it's a moot point.
You ALWAYS use your speed square or measure from blade
to fence, (unplug!) and test cut on scrap, 1st, if uncertain, then
measure the scrap... The built in stuff gets you in the ballpark, but
can barely be trusted to cut lumber for a dog house.

Fancy wood?
Add a strip or 3 of shiny slick tape to the
saw plate/foot, so it won't scratch the wood. Or if a table saw,
maybe to it. I use my
red "30 day" Stucco Tape, which is sorta
wide. Masking tape will have too much friction.

If you use a table saw, read the book. You cut 3/4" off a 7" board,
for example. Not 6 1/4" off. Use a "push stick."
Use safety. Have
a buddy, if you are unseasoned...!
