When I left Chicago area abput 40 years ago or thereabouts...it was 28 degrees BELOW zero and there was 11 feet of fresh snow being blown about in massive drifts. Yes, winter is nice...I am sitting on my porch in shorts and a T and a backyard camp fire to warm the 65 deg F chill a little.. Rich, San Diego, Ca Oh yeah..we had a little snow on Mt Laguna...70 miles and 6000 feet away... PS- Pics shown are H4H project nbear Campo. Ca./// We are demoing and re-habing an house for Habitat for Humanity for a low income family...3 month project...new everything...kitchen, bath, laundry, roof, driveway, landscaping...plumbing, electrical, HVAC, illegal room removal...etc etc...quite a DYI....
