Hello (name?)

Very seriously, since this is probably an issue about
"you" feeling cold, you might look into warmer clothes.
Some nice parts of this solution are that you do not have
to pay for more heating fuel (or electricity) every Winter
month, and it also makes the whole world (not just your
trailer) warmer for you. I live in a very cold climate, and
I wear ski bids most of the time. They are insulated over-
-alls, made of parka material. You can get them at sport
shops. Up here, they ever sell them at WalMart. They
are fairly stylish, and the zipper lets you adjust their
insulation value. They sell for as little as $20 in black.

What temperature are you keeping your trailer?

Where are you located? (climate info)

Do your long walls face North and South?

Is your trainer in full sunlight or shaded?

You might also buy a caulk gun, keep it
handy, and start sealing air leaks.

> How about using an electric blanket?

Hi Debby;

I little trick that I developed many years ago, that has
spread though a lot of people, is to not use an electric
blanket, and instead to simply fill a two-liter softdrink
bottle with water, and place it in the microwave until
it gets quite hot. (typically 10 min for a cold bottle,
and maybe 6min from room temp) Develop you own
times, based on your conditions. Place the bottle in
the bed, where you can adjust how it sets against you.
You might even drop it into a boot sock (for a hotter
bottle) which will make the heat last longer. You can
adjust how the bottle warms you. I suggest to not
put it down by your feet. If your feet are cold, it is
probably not because of heat loss from your feet,
but instead is because of general heat loss. Place
the bottle against your legs or stomach. If you are
cold when sleeping, you might consider warmer
covers, or a pad or featherbed underneath you.
Wear warm socks, and/or warm pajamas, and
even a nightcap (sleeping hat). If YOU are cold,
there are probably better (and definitely cheaper)
strategies than heating the whole trailer with an
electric resistance heater (extremely expensive).
(I live in a very cold climate, with no heating bill)
