Good idea...but I will not rent my baby except maybe to a very close
friend..but then I would just let then use the cabin for a weekend
at no charge...
I have seen some of my neighbors there near Yosemite suffer through a rental
party damaging way beyond a $1000 deposit...and I have all my personal
stuff there even when I am gone 6 months down south..too precious
to me..but a good idea/guess that is why I keep the heat on low..
love that place and I admit to anthropomorphizing some....
