RE: [DIY] Loose electrical outlets

For a quick fix.  Spread the legs of the plug a little this should help them stay in.  But. It could also be time to replace the old receptacles with new ones because out should like there warn out. New 15 amp receptacles are about a buck a piece of you but a ten pack.  And replacing them is not that hard of a job.

Subject: [DIY] Loose electrical outlets

My electrical outlets don't 'hold' the plug in and they easily fall out. What can I do to fix this? The plate is secured tightly to the wall, but when I insert the plug, it won't stay in.
