Just to verify it is a problem with the machine, run it without any clothes in the machine. If is shakes and the code appears, there is for sure a problem with the machine. If only when it has clothes in it, maybe a balancing spring is weak (on 1 of the supporting rods you mentioned). Only guessing, sorry. Good luck. Is it out of warranty?
