[DIY] Cleaning floor tile grout

 

I work in a restaurant that is 20 years old.  The grout between the tile flooring has turned almost black.  The chemical that we are told to use does not work.  Can anyone tell me how I can restore the grout color short acid or high pressure washing?  Thanks
