[DIY] Sound proofing common walls

 

I am in a Townhome with an ajoining neighbor. I can hear their kitchen doors slamming and loud talking. One time I heard a guitar being played. I don't want to bother them, so what can I do that would be a good sound barrier between our homes? blown in insulation or ?
