Thanks, we've not had a need for this type of help in the last 10 years so getting recommendations. The HVAC man is recommended by the contractor we met through the realtor. He did some work and we were pleased so had him do some initial work here. However, he and just about every other tradesman are so swamped with work it's hard to get on their schedule. I've not heard of the system you referred to but I'll look into it. I have seen the new small heat pumps that are for cabins, trailers etc - handle about 500' but the cost is just $300-400.
