When house was done we later did the landscaping. However it appears that the gutter which drains in front of the house was enclosed by the deck. So the deck guy may have enclosed that so when the soil was put in later no one thought about the gutter being not only hidden by the deck but also plugged from flowing by the soil. Im just wondering what any of you think about that? Im trying to dig a hole in front of deck where gutter should be to see if it was actually enclosed.
