Great help. Thx
Here's some more info. My hubby knows this stuff as he is affiliated with development stuff but most oftehen in office. He has not bothered to fix it. My car is the one which gets pulled in. So since he doesn't like me doing things like this around him and he has taken years to bother, I WILL gladly figure it out myself. He has mentioned the sledgehammer, so has an inspector, even a truck was mentioned. It is bowed off so there is a dent and a referred crack in the drywall. I nor he has seen any frame damage. So I guess thats what I'll do. I'll decide on my remodeler ( which I now have a few choices to figure which one is best: hard part being I can't really know until I use them), and ask them to do it. Thanks.
