[DIY] Central AC Concern/Question

 

Our AC is cooling fine, but something's wrong w/it. For 2-3 days the fan has not cut off. Let me clarify: if you go outside & look at the unit, you see/hear the fan turning; however, inside the fan is not blowing thru' the ducts, until the AC kicks on. Does that make sense?? I'm not sure I'm fully explaining the situation, but could anyone help us to know what's going on and/or what to do?
