That is the $64,000 question. What needs to be done is to jack up the end of the building just enough to take the load off of the wall so it can be pushed back on its foundation. The next step should be to provide some sort of barrier to prevent hitting the wall again.
On a low tech approach to this is the old tennis ball trick of hanging one on a string so it touches your windshield just when you pull into the correct position.
