To Bill Z: All I did was have someone help me lift the bottom of the door (I did not remove the door), and replace it on the bottom track. That solved the problem. There MIGHT be something stuck somewhere on the track, a twig or stone, you'd have to see about that but you said you cleaned it. Anyway, get someone to help you lift it up towards the top, I didn't need to remove the door, and I then placed it back on the track. That worked for me. I also use WD40 regularly on it, that really helps. Cindi
