Unless you have them under some kind of warranty it might be about as cheap in the long run to replace the entire window, and if you remove and take the sash who knows how long you will have an open wall.

I had 2 vinyl replacement windows installed about 10 years ago and now it seems they have lost the seal and are all fogged up. I do not know the manufacturer since I had them installed through Sears. Instead of replacing the whole window I have been told that a glass company may just do the glass but will have to take the sash to them. Any comments/suggestions/advice
