[DIY] Replace replacement windows

 

I had 2 vinyl replacement windows installed about 10 years ago and now it seems they have lost the seal and are all fogged up. I do not know the manufacturer since I had them installed through Sears. Instead of replacing the whole window I have been told that a glass company may just do the glass but will have to take the sash to them. Any comments/suggestions/advice...
