I live in a 6 year old mobile home and just recently the chimney pipe running down from the roof to the furnace has begun leaking every time it rains. A contractor has been on the roof 3 times trying to find a leak, but so far nothing. He says that the flashing is good and he has replaced the caulking around the pipe and any place else where he thinks the rain could be getting in from. I have to keep a towel on top of my furnace to keep it dry. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
